Do's and don't 

In this busy schedule people are so busy that they are not aware of what they are eating and what they are doing. They are so engrossed in their work they forget to take care for themselves and follow improper dietary habits and land up having diseases.  In today's time street eating has increased and invitation for disease have also increase .Other than that people do some small small mistake that has great problem in long term. People prefer more pizza, burger, shakes instead of roti , sabji, Dal,and rice 


Following are the thing people should follow :-------

1.Ghee is one thing that many people don't like or they are busy. But taking 1spoon of ghee with warm water in morning with empty stomach cleans your stomach and improves digestion and complexion

2.Cocunut  water 🥥is cold in nature and is beneficial and it pacifies all the 3dosha in body, is also  good for hair

3.Amla is very good immunity boosters and it mitigates all the three dosha

4.Pomegranate is good for heart as well it also purifies the blood

5.Grapes 🍇are superior among all fruits and should be eaten only in season

6.In summer there is so much heat people should avoid the food which have hot quality food and instead have cold quatilies of food mutton should be consumed instead of chicken🐓❌❌

7.Saindhava  salt should should be included in the diet as it mitigates all three dosha

8.People have very bad habit of eating and again without knowing whether the previous food is digested or not. One should take  food after the digestion of previous food

9.In busy schedule people are not able to eat properly  .one should take hot ,unctuous food which help in fast digestion

10.Food taken on daily basis: wheat ,amla, green moong,ghee,milk ,honey, pomegranate, rocksalt

11.People have bad habit of eating up till level of mouth this is ❌❌people should eat 2part solid and 1part liquid and 1part. For churning the food

12.We eat street food and there many things  in that  are heavy to digest such as maids, corn flour, cheese which sticks to intestine -----one should drink warm water which will help in digestion

13.After eating moong  , vegetable ----one should consume buttermilk

14.Many people hate bitter gourd one should include in diet as it purifies the blood


Following are the things which people should not follow

1.Many people have habit of eating Dahi at night it's is wrong ❌❌

2.Fruits should not be eaten at night time (eaten only at Day time) ❌❌❌ 

3.Excessive Excerise should not be done after eating food at night (Shata Pauli) should be after 1hrs of dinner 
--------many people have habit of going to gym at night it's wrong and it's causes koshta shakha Gati and it will vitiate blood causing various diseases

4.pranayam should be done on empty stomach 

5.people are so lazy they are tired of even getting up and brushing teeth  but that's wrong one should not have breakfast with  brushing 

6.One should not sleep during day time in other season except summers 

7.Many people have habit of drinking water before meals and they they say (bhuk mar Gayi) and then they have meal and which further leads to indigestion. Drinking water immediately after  meals will lead to obesity 

8.Washing hair with warm water make your hair follicle weak so wash your hair with cold  water 

9.One should not consume unwholesome food in diet 

10.following are the  substance one should not take on regular basis -------
a)dahi, b)fermented gruel  c) raw raddish d) black gram  e)lotus stalk  f) lotus tuber g) germinated seeds f) milk product 

Gym freak who are building their muscles should not consume protein (paneer)on daily basis

10.Today people are dieting keto-diet  ,low carb diet, etc eating raw vegetable with less oil cause dryness and can also leads to constipation and difficult to digest 

So use right amount of oil and eat cooked food 

11.One should not eat food which is excessive salty and excessive pungent taste

12.One should not eat too fast too slow

13.People should consume fruit which are seasonal  in specific season

14.One should not stay up till late night

15.Some people have mid night craving that is wrong it will lead to indigestion 

16.Avoid refined sugar in diet
