Importance of yoga (In Lockdown)  In Ayurveda yoga has taught to be great to keep the mental health in peace and to avoid disturbs  in life and depression like disorders to happen. योगः चित्तवृति निरोधः । Yoga is the inhibition (Nirodha) of the modulations of the mind.
