Ayurveda is very ancient science. And in today's time it is very useful and one should follow following regimen to stay healthy and fit
1.One should get up in 5:30 in morning .As this time increase the memory and all the work such has reading, learning and memorizing will last as long term memory . Getting up in this time increasing concentration and brings stability.
2.Next everyone should brush the teeth and then have the breakfast. In this Kalyug the people are so busy and so irresponsible that they have their breakfast without brushing teeth and the landup in getting various disease such as indigestion and various skin disease one should always first urinate and pass stool in early morning before having breakfast as this will help to digest the food properly one should do various exercise such as pranayam after passing stools otherwise it will be useless Contraindication :person suffering from indigestion,vomiting ,cough, fever, diseases of heart, eyes, head,) should not brush teeth
3.Exercise after brushing teeth one should do exercise
Advantages of excerise
1.Body becomes light
2.Able to perform normal duties with enthusiasm
3.Increase the digestive power
4.Reduces the fat and body part becomes distinct and firm
Contraindiction for exercise
1 patient who suffering from various kinds of pain such has joint pain, pain in various parts of body and pitta disorder
2.Persons who are suffering from Indigestion
After exercise gently massage ur body by oil EgTila taila is very effective
Disadvantage of excessive exercise
Leads to thirst, emaciation, haemorrhage, tiredness, fever, vomiting
4.Bath
1.Increase appetite ,increase digestive power (means food digest very fast)
Normal bath with hot water gives strength to body But head bath with hot water decreases the strength of hair follicle and eyes
Contraindication
Person suffering from eye disorder, ear disorder ,indigestion should not take a bath
One should follow the above regimen to healthy life this will show effect gradually but last life long
So stay healthy and fit
