Ayurveda is very ancient science. And in today's time it is very useful and one should follow following regimen to stay healthy and fit 1 .One should get up in 5:30 in morning .As this time increase the memory and all the work such has reading,  learning and memorizing will last as long term memory . Getting up in this time increasing concentration and brings stability. 2.Next everyone should brush the teeth and then have the breakfast. In this Kalyug the people are so busy and so irresponsible  that they have their breakfast without brushing teeth and the landup in getting various disease such as indigestion and various skin disease one should always first urinate and pass stool in early morning before having breakfast as this will help to digest the food properly one should do various exercise  such as pranayam after passing stools  otherwise it will be useless Contraindication :person suffering from indigestion,vomiting ,cough, fever, diseases of heart, eyes,
